Jaime Shillady serves as Director of Property Management for HDC MidAtlantic, overseeing a multi-state affordable housing portfolio throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland. With more than 16 years at HDC, Jaime has worked her way through progressively increasing roles, bringing deep institutional knowledge and a hands-on understanding of property operations to her leadership. In her role, Jaime is focused on driving strong operational performance through clear accountability, effective systems, and practical, team-centered training. She provides strategic oversight of facilities management and capital planning while continuously working to improve portfolio performance and meet organizational goals.
