Tammie Fitzpatrick serves as Chief Operating Officer of HDC MidAtlantic, bringing more than 20 years of experience in real estate development and operations. Throughout her career, she has been driven by a commitment to solving complex challenges and advancing sustainable solutions to the affordable housing crisis. Tammie holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University. Prior to her current role, she served as HDC MidAtlantic’s Director of Real Estate Operations. Her professional background also includes roles with Community Basics, Inc., LeFevre Funk Architects, and Miranda Architects. In addition to her work at HDC, Tammie is the Executive Co-Chair of Women in Housing and Finance of Pennsylvania and serves on the Board of Lancaster Equity.
