Reverse Tradeshow
The IREM® Tri-State is hosting a Reverse Trade Show! We want to provide our Exhibitors with a specific opportunity for targeted networking with our member Property Management Companies. Each Participant Exhibitor is guaranteed time to interact with each Participating Management Company.
Many of you have been to Reverse Trade Shows and you know the typical trade show scenario is reversed at these events. Property management company decisionmakers man the tables and vendors (Exhibitors) rotate around the tables and get to interact with the decisionmakers for 2.5 minutes (like speed dating!) Once you hear the buzzer, it’s off to the next management company table. This format is a win-win for both parties and allows “both sides” to connect with potential clients and build valuable business relationships in a short period of time.
When: Wednesday, February 24, 2027, 3:30-5:00 p.m.
Participating Management Companies: Berger Communities, Greek Real Estate Partners, Morgan Properties, MRK Partners, and more to come!
Are you a Property Management company? Complimentary for Property Management companies (up to three reps at each table.) Email events@iremtristateconference.com to sign up.
Are you a vendor? You must be an Exhibitor at the Global Marketplace Expo to participate in the Reverse Tradeshow. Cost is $300 per person for Exhibitor companies (two reps max). Exhibitors can add on the Tradeshow to their registration when they register here.
Why Should I Attend?
Management Companies – this is where you can meet new vendors for your properties that may be better suited for you or may provide services you have been trying to find. You may even take this time to strengthen your current relationships.
Exhibitor Companies – this is where you meet with decision makers at many companies in one afternoon. Barriers are removed here; it’s all up to you to connect with these new potential clients! It’s even helpful if you determine that certain companies are off the table at this point and you should reach back to a new contact in another year or two. Less time spent on non-productive outreach gives you more time to focus on other potential clients.
